Why can I not locate the Package that was generated?
When you generate the Metadata Package it will be written to a folder that the server has access to. In order for the package to be written to disk there may need to be an windows account associated with TM1 service which has local admin permissions to the server. The account will also need access to the output directory if creating the package on a remote server or file share.
How long will the documentation take to generate?
In most cases the documentation will generate within the hour but it may take up to 48 hours if there is a high load on the server.
How do I capture TM1 Performance Statistics with QUBEdocs Cloud?
The Performance Statistics should come through automatically when the PerformanceMonitorOn=T parameter is set in the tm1s.cfg for a given model.
I have generated the documentation, now I want to remove the QUBEdocs Objects?
We do find that most customers want to use QUBEdocs Cloud more than once so we recommend leaving the files in place.
However, if you really do want to remove them, all QUBEdocs Objects and directories contain the term “QUBEdocs” in them so they can easily be searched for and easily removed.
How do I log a product defect, ask a question or submit a feature request?
You can raise a ticket through the help desk or contact support@QUBEdocs.com if you have any product related queries.
