Unexpected Outage - QUBEdocs Cloud 5th of November

Our IaaS provider is experiencing some failures which has caused QUBEdocs Cloud to become unavailable.

Between 02:33 and 06:34 UTC on 05 Nov 2019 QUBEdocs Cloud was down due to a unexpected outage with our cloud infrastructure provider, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We're looking into ways to make our architecture such that outages like this do not effect your experience as significantly.
