After using QUBEdocs for a while, you may notice that you have a large number of snapshots saved - particularly if you have multiple models and/or automatically have daily snapshots scheduled. While you are not limited in the number of snapshots you retain, you may want to perform some cleanup and maintenance on your snapshots periodically. It will help find the proper snapshot you want to compare to, make auditing easier, etc.
While each company may have different retention policies or best practices, an idea may be just keeping one snapshot per model per month, for example.
To manage your snapshots, navigate to "All Snapshots" on your home page:
If you have multiple models, you can manage one at a time using the "Connection" dropdown.
From here, you can select multiple snapshots for deletion using the checkboxes on the left, and then selecting "Delete selected" at the bottom.
Repeat this process for each of your connections, and you'll have a tidy list of snapshots in short order!
Note: if you want to retain any snapshots offline before deleting them, take a look at this article to see that process.
