In the QUBEdocsServer.log:
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Service Unavailable</TITLE>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" Content="text/html; charset=us-ascii"></HEAD>
<BODY><h2>Service Unavailable</h2>
<hr><p>HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.</p>
</BODY></HTML>
Possible Causes and Remedies
- The service account credentials are outdated. This may not be immediately obvious as the Application Pool in IIS may show as "Started":
Refreshing the app pool may give an IIS error.
Remedy: Restart IIS (steps here). After doing that, you will see that the application pool is now stopped. Open the Advanced Settings for the application pool, look for Identity, click the three dots, select "Custom Account" and input updated credentials for the service account.
Start the application pool. QUBEdocs should be up and running.
