Different permission groups will be available to your user depending on your subscription and add ons. Here is an explanation of what each one entails.
| Group Name | Explanation |
| Business Partner | This permission group grants read access to partner customer accounts that the user has been given explicit access to (i.e. read only on the documentation for partner accounts). |
| Business Partner Admin | This permission group grants the user read access to all partner customer accounts under the business partner, as well as the ability to create, modify and delete partner customer accounts under the business partner and create/delete connections and documentation for the partner customer accounts. |
| Documentation Author |
This permission group grants the user the ability to create/delete connections and documentation for the account they belong to.
(This permission has replaced permission groups such as "Enterprise Plan - Author", "Developer Plan - Author" and so on.) |
| Documentation Consumer |
This permission group grants the user read only access for documentation for the account they belong to. (This permission has replaced permission groups such as "Enterprise Plan - Consumer", "Developer Plan - Consumer" and so on.) |
| Documentation Scheduler | This permission group grants the user the ability to create/modify documentation and logfile schedules for the account they belong to. |
| Local Licenses - Author | This permission group grants the user the ability to create offline license keys (where available) and online activate new QUBEdocs Local instances for the account they belong to. |
| Local Licenses - Consumer | This permission group grants the user read only access for local licenses (i.e. they cannot create new local offline keys or setup new online activated instances) for the account they belong to. |
| Log File Search and Analysis - Author | This permission group grants the user the ability to create/delete logfile documentation for the account they belong to. |
| Log File Search and Analysis - Consumer | This permission group grants the user read only access for logfiles for the account they belong to. |
| Offline Documentation Author | This permission group grants the user the ability to create/delete offline documentation for the account they belong to. |
| Offline Documentation Consumer | This permission group grants the user read only access for existing offline documentation for the account they belong to. |
| QUBEdocs Cloud - Admin User | This permission group grants the user the ability to modify the account they belong to (add/remove users). |
